About your new role
Become the new Account Manager in our Schools Division and work alongside our experienced consultants to establish and manage a fast-paced desk providing temporary staffing solutions to schools. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in achieving company goals, forging partnerships with clients, and expanding the business. This role is perfect for anyone, whether you have an entry-level or established consultant background. Apply now and become a part of our dynamic team!
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, account management or sales, and ideally education market knowledge and experience. Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships are essential. You will be a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for making a difference.
Success in this role will include

Educator management: attract, onboard, and market exceptional educators. Foster professional relationships that build educator capacity and support the achievement of career objectives.

Client management: combine best practice in daily relief staff vacancy management and relationship development to meet the staffing needs of each setting efficiently and effectively.

New business: lead the development and implementation of new business generation.

Marketing and planning: build and implement an effective strategy that supports company initiatives in conjunction with your team and management.

Prioritisation and productivity: proven ability to manage high volume responsibilities with agility and efficiency. Proactive leadership and innovation.

Leadership: for a person with experience and drive, this role could support a pathway into future leadership opportunities
