About the role
You will be joining our team as a Business Development Manager within our Early Childhood division, alongside our team of experienced consultants. You are responsible for leading an increase in current business opportunities, as well as building relationships with new and non-using education clients across with New South Wales.
Duties

Define and maintain an agile sales plan targeted at maximising growth aligned with strategic goals across transactional, key and prospective clients

Generate new business opportunities with key stakeholders at transactional, key and prospective workplaces facilitating sales of anzuk products and services

Complete and maintain competitor analysis that informs market positioning and strategic planning

Facilitate targeted marketing to prospective, transactional and key accounts in collaboration with accounts managers alongside the international team

Builds and maintains an active digital presence across key platforms such as LinkedIn and other mediums as appropriate

Participate in regular face to face meetings to build knowledge and relationships with key stakeholders at managed partner, and prospective clients
Skills and experience

Education market knowledge and experience - ideal

A successful history in sales or business development - required

Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes
