THE OPPORTUNITY 
Applications are now open for a Canadian based Recruitment Manager to support traveling National Educators considering an International Teaching adventure in AUS, UK or NZ. You will be communicating and collaborating with our existing team located throughout Canada daily to ensure that all recruitment goals are achieved across various recruitment channels. 

Your role will entail frequent engagement with key stakeholders across all post-secondary settings between Canada and the USA and ultimately growing our Educator prospect pool to achieve annual targets. 

The role will require flexible working hours and substantial travel at certain times throughout the year. 

You will be working alongside a team of 4 team members based between Vancouver and Toronto and collaborating with our  global resource division in alignment with wider global goals and vision. 

 

• Remuneration - $85 - 100,000AUD 

• Start Date:  Nov, 2023 

 

DUTIES: 

• Attract, qualify and prepare travelling educators, while fostering professional relationships that build educator capacity and support achievement of career objectives. 

• Facilitate educator networking events  

• Grow brand awareness and reach across North American schools and Education settings 

• Build and implement effective strategy that supports company initiatives in conjunction with your team and management 

 

YOU WILL HAVE: 

• A passion for making a difference in education 

• Experience in a recruitment or sales role (ideal) 

• Experience in an education setting (ideal) 

• Based in Ontario (ideally greater Toronto) 

• Availability to travel across Nth America as required 

• Leadership experience/people management skills  

• Agility to transcend time-zones effectively 

• Experience with international travel (ideal) 

• Alignment with our core values
