About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning the ropes in an internal recruitment resourcer role.  With plans to double our headcount to 500 employees by 2025, a key focus of the role will be supporting anzuk's internal recruitment and driving our DEI strategy.  

We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused person who is looking to start their career in recruitment by supporting the resourcing and attraction of  new talent to the anzuk team. This role will also require high level efficiency when it comes to administration & compliance based tasks.

This role is a 12 month part-time contract (2-3 days per week), with potential to explore ongoing recruitment roles within out wider recruitment-based company. 
 
Key Responsibilities 

  • Recruitment administration, including facilitating reference checks, preparing job advertisements and initial resume screening

  • Building a strong knowledge of key recruitment criteria in order to short-list potential applicants

  • Assisting with employee onboarding including paperwork and induction (as required)

  • Delivering timely and accurate administration support to the People & Growth team.

  • Overseeing management of internal recruitment software and records

Experience and Qualifications 

  • Intermediate admin experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to effectively plan, multi-task, and prioritise a number of  priorities

  • A strong interest in recruitment and desire to learn
