About anzuk Education
anzuk Education is a global education recruitment agency, active in Australia, the UK, USA, New Zealand, and Canada. We prioritise diversity, equity, and inclusion across our offices worldwide and value our individual employees. With 250+ staff globally, we're rapidly expanding. We provide temporary and permanent recruitment for educators in Early Childhood and Schools sectors. Supporting educators from early career through to senior/executive positions.
anzuk Recruitment Academy
Our Academy Program runs twice a year, with intakes in January and July each year.
The Academy program is a 6 month rotation through our recruitment teams. During your academy rotations, you'll have a unique opportunity to collaborate with our expert education consultants across our divisions. Your interaction with these specialists will elevate your capabilities in customer service, business, recruitment, and marketing. As a valued member of our team, you will receive on-the-job training, induction, and weekly check-ins, with the added support of a knowledgeable mentor to ensure your success in both your role and personal development throughout your rotations. Upon completing the program, you'll have the chance to join one of our high-performing teams on a full-time basis.
