About your role


Join the team as an International Recruitment Manager. In this role you will be managing a team of experienced International Recruitment Consultants based in Australia and New Zealand.  You will be instrumental in assisting educators with their travel plans and finding roles in Australia and the UK. 

Our International Recruitment team are born storytellers who love to share their own travel and/or teaching experiences. If you are passionate about travel and enjoy building strong relationships this could be the role for you.

Skills and experience you will possess

  • Experience in recruitment, account management or sales, and ideally education market knowledge and experience

  • Demonstrated experience in leadership

  • Experience teaching or working overseas (UK or Aus) is ideal

  • Flexibility to work across different time zones, including Australia, UK, New Zealand, Canada and America

  • A growth mindset and drive to succeed

  • Experience of Public speaking and hosting webinars and social events

  • A sense of adventure
