The academy is a 6-month long, paid program, involving rotations across key recruitment teams. This will provide you with exposure that will build the skills and knowledge needed to be successful in a career in education recruitment.

 

Initially starting in 2019, the academy was advertised as a grad program. After the first intake, we decided to open the program to all people interested in developing their recruitment skills.

We now run the academy program twice a year, with intakes across Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane.

The anzuk academy program is the perfect entry into the education recruitment space. Our rotational program will have you embedded in agile teams, where you’ll be exposed to all aspects of our business with a focus on education recruitment.
