What you’ll be doing

You’ll manage a warm permanent desk within the Early Childhood sector, partnering with centres across Brisbane and surrounding regions. Some clients are long-standing, others are growing, giving you room to expand your portfolio while delivering immediate value.


Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent Early Childhood roles

  • Building trusted partnerships with centre directors and operators - mixing new business development and existing client management.

  • Advising and supporting educators through career transitions

  • Writing job ads, managing pipelines, and maintaining data integrity

  • Collaborating with your team to achieve shared goals and celebrate success

You’ll also have a clear pathway to grow, whether into senior consulting, team leadership, or specialisation.

Who this role is perfect for

You’re an experienced recruiter with a focus on permanent placements. You’re comfortable managing client relationships, confident in your ability to deliver, and ready to work with purpose.
You likely have:

  • Agency recruitment experience with a focus on permanent roles (education or allied sectors welcome)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • A track record of success in candidate and client management

  • A proactive mindset and commercial thinking

  • Full working rights in Australia, a valid driver’s licence, and willingness to obtain a Volunteer WWCC
