As part of our continued growth and success, ANZUK Education is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Melbourne team, specialising in placing teachers into permanent roles across regional Victoria.

This is an opportunity to own your own 360 recruitment desk within an experienced, high performing team. You’ll work across a well-established portfolio of schools in northern regional Victoria—connecting high-quality educators with meaningful, long-term opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

Educator Attraction & Engagement: You’ll source, interview, and onboard outstanding teachers and leaders—building strong, values-aligned relationships from first contact. You’ll be speaking to 30+ educators a day, so curiosity, pace, and resilience are essential. Regional sourcing isn’t easy—it takes hustle, creativity, and the ability to stick with it even when the talent pool is tough.

Client Relationship Management: You’ll be a trusted advisor to principals, business managers, and leadership teams. That means bringing confidence, credibility, and insight to every conversation. Whether you come from education or another consultative industry, you’ll need to earn trust quickly and help shape hiring decisions that matter.

Business Development & Growth: You’ll nurture an existing base of committed schools while identifying ways to grow your reach. Your ability to spot opportunities, offer genuine value, and build long-term partnerships will be key to your success.

Collaboration & Culture Contribution: You’ll work alongside passionate, driven consultants in a business that puts team and impact first. We celebrate wins, give feedback generously, and continuously learn together.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruitment, account management, sales, or another people-facing, fast-paced environment.  If you come from a teaching background, with a desire to change up your career - we'd love to hear from you too, as that will underpin your credibility and confidence to consult with senior education leaders

• Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and relationship building.

• A resilient, proactive attitude – this role will test your grit, but your impact will be huge.

• Full Australian working rights, a valid driver’s licence, and willingness to obtain a Volunteer Working With Children Check.
