Shifts: Rotating roster with early starts (6:30 am) or late finishes (6 pm) and some weekend work

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Sydney team. Based in our Sydney office, this is a high-energy role perfect for someone who enjoys juggling priorities, engaging with people, and making things happen – fast.


What you'll do:

  • Source & match top talent in a high-volume, fast-moving environment for temp and contract roles in early childhood and outside of school hours care services

  • Be responsive to urgent client need, filling shifts quickly, enabling our clients to offer the best care to the children in their services.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across our OSHC services throughout Sydney

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while contributing to business growth

  • Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team building success from the ground up

What We’re Looking For 

  • Proven experience in business development, recruitment, or sales

  • Experience in work force planning, rostering and scheduling is highly desirable 

  • Strong relationship-building and lead generation skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team

  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines

  • A drive for continuous learning and development

  • A valid Australian driver’s license, full working rights, and willingness to obtain a Volunteer WWCC

  • Knowledge of the education sector is a bonus!
