The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join the Early Childhood temp team as a Team Leader in Canberra, or based in Surry Hills NSW. In the role of Team Leader, you are responsible for the growth and success of your team by:

Providing guidance to ensure team members have the tools necessary to help them meet and exceed their goals

Demonstrate, lead and drive accountability of our core values and the provision of an exceptional service

Communicating, collaborating and engaging team members with a sound operational plan that delivers results and provides stability across the team through performance, succession and clarity of annual and multi-annual priorities.

Coaching and modelling to help build capacity and leadership in all team members to create a winning culture

Drive One Team behaviours and collaboration across the organisation to ensure 100% of the team are clearly aligned to our strategic direction.
You are responsible for both your own and your team members' success across the following area:

Educator management; the attraction, on-boarding and marketing of exceptional educators. Additionally you will foster professional relationships that build educator capacity and support achievement of career objectives.
Skills and Experience

Current leadership or management experience

Experience in Recruitment

Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail

Demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes

Growth mindset and drive to succeed

Exceptional IT and administrative skills

Education background or sound knowledge of the market
