We’re searching for a driven and curious recruitment consultant to join our permanent school team in Sydney. You’ll work a well-established client base across a range of school environments to connect high-quality educators with rewarding long-term opportunities.

This fast-paced, high-impact role blends candidate attraction, client care, and market development. With warm client relationships already in place, your ability to build trust, spot opportunity, and deliver exceptional service will be key.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Educator Attraction & Engagement
Source, interview, and onboard outstanding teachers and leaders for permanent school placements. You’ll be speaking to 30+ educators a day, so curiosity, pace, and people intuition are essential.

  • Client Relationship Management
Be the main point of contact for your school. Understand their needs, support interview processes, and provide post-placement care that keeps clients coming back.

  • Business Development
Nurture existing accounts while identifying growth opportunities across your region. Your knack for building relationships and market knowledge will help shape long-term client success.

  • Collaboration & Culture Contribution
Work closely with a supportive team led by supportive and high performing leaders, contributing to our values-led culture where feedback, celebration, and continuous learning are part of everyday.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Flexibility & Balance
Enjoy some flexibility with your hours, plus one day a week working from home.

  • Support to Grow
Structured internal and external training, career pathways, and tailored development to help you succeed.

  • Culture with Purpose
Our team is high-energy, values-aligned, and committed to creating positive impact in education.

  • Perks that Matter
Daily breakfast and fruit, fun socials, health insurance discounts, generous parental leave, and paid volunteer days.

We’re Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or similar fast-paced, people-centred roles.

  • Skills in business development, lead generation, and relationship management.

  • Attitude that’s resilient, proactive, and willing to roll up your sleeves.

  • Requirements: Full working rights, a valid driver’s licence, and willingness to obtain a Volunteer Working With Children Check. Education sector insight is a bonus – but not essential.
