anzuk Education is a global education recruitment agency, active in Australia, the UK, USA, New Zealand, and Canada. We provide temporary and permanent recruitment for educators in Early Childhood and Schools sectors. Supporting educators from early career through to senior/executive positions.
About your new role
You will be responsible for sourcing and matching top-quality educators for work within education across a range of primary and secondary settings. You will work closely with our Account Mangers ensuring the staffing needs of our clients are met, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, account management or sales, and ideally education market knowledge and experience. Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships are essential. You will be a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for making a difference.
Success in this role will include:

Having strong customer service skills, and previous experience working towards KPIs

An ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team

Are adaptable and flexible to changing situations and requirements

A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
