We are looking for an early riser who wants to kick-start their day in a high-energy environment.
A strong background in customer service, sale or recruitment would position you well to make an immediate impact in this role.
You will be joining our team as either a Recruiter or Account Manager.
Success in this role will include:
Educator management: attract, onboard, and market exceptional educators. Foster professional relationships that build educator capacity and support the achievement of career objectives.
Client management: combine best practice in daily relief staff vacancy management and relationship development to meet the staffing needs of each setting efficiently and effectively.
New business: lead the development and implementation of new business generation.
Marketing and planning: build and implement an effective strategy that supports company initiatives in conjunction with your team and management.
Prioritisation and productivity: proven ability to manage high volume responsibilities with agility and efficiency. Proactive leadership and innovation.
Leadership: for a person with experience and drive, this role could support a pathway into future leadership opportunities
